We are taking a look at the 2H BTCUSD Chart! D4rkEnergY has described for you before how we the last couple of days has been caught in a descending triangle. We have been going back and forward, and as D4 predicted a HS pattern has begun to take form.
Yesterday the door to freedom was slammed in our face, and we fell down. D4rkEnergY gave you a signal in the previous chart, that we would go up again via a bull flag. AND we INDEED did. We have RIGHT NOW managed to penetrate the downtrend resistance line, and have an opportunity to finally break out from the dark and evil dungeon and see the light again.
BUT we need to go through 9,500 USD! And we need to do it quickly. We need to make 3 higher highs, if we don't, we will go back again and will fall back in the descending triangle and also even lower due to the HS Pattern. We will then go down under 8,000 USD.
We have had a bullish MACD-Cross and we have increasing volume, which are bullish signs. The big question is, if we have enough bulls to follow up on the attack we are witnessing right now!
As I mentioned before, we still have a lot of FUD in the air, after Mt. Gox sold thousands of BTC, the trading bot-hacks on Binance and the regulations in China.
If we take all these things into consideration, D4 believes, that we most likely not will see the light at this moment. D4rkEnergY will say it's a 80-20 scenario for the Darkness to win!

The bulls haven't yet resigned! They try to make a bull flag. But guys, please take a look at the crazy zone of confluence resistance we have to go through. It's overwhelming.

Admitted! Bitcoin keeps surprising us at the moment! D4 predicted the first bull flag, and knew there was an opportunity to go even higher with help from another, but we had to go through the zone of confluence resistance. BUT we indeed did it!
The last 8 hours we have gone sideways, which is good for the bulls, in the sense that we can keep pressuring the bears and exhaust them! We then a possibility to ONCE AGAIN go up via another Bull flag.
If that happens we have for real begun our new Elliott Wave Cycle. I have here illustrated the possible waves for you. As you can see we almost had a 100 % retracement from Wave 1 to 2. But that is ok according to the rules.
We are now on the 3rd EW.
I also want you to take notice of the bullish volume, it is in fact increasing in height. The bulls also managed to reject a bearish MACD-cross. The bulls have lost a bit momentum though, but we have room to go higher.
This is REALLY exciting to follow! Will we finally have a reversal or will we go back in the darkness again?

9,500 USD NOW! We didn't manage to make a bull flag immediately. But as you can see the bulls are still alive - we instead went down and had a 38,2 % retracement on the 4th subwave (which is optimal) in the 3rd Primary EW.
Also we have retraced outside of the downtrend channel which also is a big advantage.

9,550. Nothing much is happening at the moment. We are going sideways, and the volume is really low. It means that we have a lot of indecisiveness and uncertainty in the market.
As you can see a bigger bull flag is starting to take form, which might help the bulls further up if they dare to press the pedal.
