Extremely high buy volumes in the early days of February have not closed out their positions yet. The buy and sell volumes that have transpired are alternating very rapidly and at high percentages, this is typical of 'dumb money' and new day traders frantically buying and selling with every green or red candle. Given the volume of these kinds of trades, the high volume of DOGE acculumated by early adopters is likely to be closed out soon.
