A little over session break but that's the gist of it. When the other market sleep you get in position/put in your entries at best spot possible. When the other market wakes up you get ready to take profit.
Determine the trend first. Turn session breaks on then follow 1hr chart to determine if the chart fluctuate with different sessions.
