Fed Swap Lines for 8/13/20

The Fed's swap lines to other countries are now below $100 billion, after having peaked at around $450 billion in May. The Treasury/Euro-dollar spread remains low, indicating that offshore dollars are in relative abundance (at least for those that aren't insolvent EM's).
