Ok, let’s explain what happen on DAX today
It s a real caricature.
Everyone were bearish on Dax at this morning, because of economic’s actuality, chartism and so on.
Ok…
Bearish…
In view of the chart, we could see that the level around 13340 was important.
Why ?
Because if price go down, it will be the beginning of a wonderful trend of selling
So, lot of traders have placed sell order around 13340 and stop-loss above.
I would like to do so.
But, I don’t do it and wait for a real signal, even if I lost this selling trend.
And…
While I wait a signal to place a sell order, a strange candle appears on the chart… with a long long wick… which go around 13340 as by chance !
Probably a way to kill all the orders placed around it…
So, I decided to place a sell order following this strange candle.
And after… price go down and down… and it’s continue actually.
So, to conclude, I think that today many traders were victims of this strategy that attempts to force some market participants out of their positions !
The world of the market is a real war gaming !
