Its always better to keep your portfolio divided into 3~4 non-co-related instruments.
I try to keep my portfolio diversified as below:
Nifty Junior :30%
Gold : 30%
Debt fund (Liquid) : 30 %
Now it seems high time that I re-balance and move significant of investment from gold to Nifty:
