MSFT new investment in this crypto is promising for its future. It solves many of the problems that hold back bitcoin including the need for miners to be active in order for the network to function by having new transactions approve the previous ones. I hesitant to say it has perfected blockchain currency, but it seems to have the best protocol I've seen.
