LVGO being bought out by TDOC
both these companies are internet medical companies
Teladoc is the clear leader globally in telehealth, and Livongo is the leader in what it calls Applied Health Signals,
supported by AI and ML (artificial intelligence and machine learning).
the 2 of these companies have different clients and processes
but the merger of these could be a very big thing !
in either case - here is the chart showing its big move up
