There is high chances Nifty may touch 18300-18400 in next 2-3 weeks.
Reason behind that
Nifty completed 500 point correction and
will open gap up on monday.
Also there is large unwinding in 18250-18350 in the money call option 7 October 2021 call.
Plus 18400 14 October 2021 call.
This is unusual.
Last time when nifty fell to 17550 2 weeks before that i noticed unwinding in 17550 in the money put option which was unusual because market was going up . Based on that I have given idea that nifty will fall to 17500 that target was achieved in 2 days.
Many time i noticed that unwinding in in the money call put option may hint at possible upcoming rise or fall.
This idea is based on Option chain analysis and past behaviour of index not on Chart pattern.
