NQ - Bearish Neutral - 4th Week of November

No displacement higher or lower last week. Although we are still respecting bullish PDAs, we are not displacing through highs. I am primarily Neutral this week leaning bearish. I will be interested in scalps this week until we get a clear displacement lower. We failed to close above multiple swing highs last week & have so far respected the bearish Monthly wick CE & bearish Daily BPR CE. 60 day highs have been taken out. I see no reason to trade higher here.
