US100: Long or Short? Better watch and REACT than PREDICT
Price will most likely go down to retest the neck line. Wait for the breakout of structure to see the clearer direction.

Seems we will do plan 2. In 15min chart we see another small consolidation. Will buy when price breaks up the structure. However, when price breaks down the structure let's wait and see the price reaction
