Considering Seasonal, Q4 USD is strong and CHF is weak. Pair was in consolidation for long time and started manipulation by taking the Sell stop out of that consolidation and now considering we are in Q4 has just started the Distribution cycle. We are currently in Discount and the reference point is Bullish Monthly OB
