VIX and its cup with a handle patterns

The Volatility S&P 500 Index has formed a long-term (12 years) cup with a handle pattern.

This is the third cup with a handle formed in its history. The two previous times the patterns worked normally as predicted by the Technical Analysis.

If happens the same with the current No 3 cup with a handle pattern, as is very likely due to the prevailing market conditions,
then the VIX will record incredible prices and returns that we have never seen before.
