I am mostly positive about Stellar as there is a moon signal and Engineering Robo's cloud is green. In addition, it looks as though the MA 20 line and MA 50 line will cross and that MA 20 (blue line) will go up and give a buy signal. The candle is sitting on the 0.08 resistance line. If the candle fully opens and closes above 0.08, I will buy it.
