Pivot Trader

First version of a pivot point indicator. I created this so that it would be possible to add alerts to touches on pivots and to add intraday pivots.

The script also plots the previous period's candle body color (up or down), within the previous period's open and close.

This first version only includes Camarilla type pivots.

You can also see the previous session's candle by the cyan/magenta shaded area. This shows the range of the (Close - Open), default settings:

Cyan shading = previous session was an "up" candle
Magenta shading = previous session was a "down" candle

Added fix to automatically recognize renko charts. Pivots (even trading view pivots) have trouble performing on renko/range charts since they are not linked in time. The results of the pivots may be slightly off because of candle wicks on the renko charts (I have submitted a bug ticket for this issue), but it is better than nothing.

Labels have price added.

Labels and lines are not currently configurable in the "Style" tab so I have added as features to toggle: line width, label size, label transparency, label text color.

Introduced open-close range values for previous session, these are plotted in the middle of the previous session when it closes.

Added ability to toggle between "Settlement" and "Last Value" Close types. Settlement will use the settlement value published by exchanges (CME settlement value is near the 16:00 EST close). Last value will use the final value of the daily session range. For futures is this is 16:00 CST or 17:00 EST, for FOREX this is 17:00 EST.
You may also plot "Both" settlement and last value close types at the same time, although labels in this case will only be printed on the settlement pivots to avoid congestion. When the difference between the settlement close and last value close on futures is great, the area between the resulting pivots for the same level usually creates a big resistance or support area.
