Last 30% VIX oversold spike (10-21 Jun) was excellent buying opportunity.
- Resolved in month-long bullish #SPX500 correction.

This is a second time we have 30% VIX oversold spike (23 Sep - 04 Oct).
+ Longer period (Cause = Effect)
